Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land in the City of Christchurch, Subject to a Sewage Drainage Easement

Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
notice dated the 30th day of March 1978, published in New
Zealand Gazette, 20 April 1978, No. 33, at p. 1147, declaring
land acquired for a Government work and not required for
that purpose to be Crown land in the City of Christchurch,
subject to a sewage drainage easement, pursuant to section
35 of the Public Works Act 1928, by adding immediately after
the words and number "..... transfer No. 786028...." the follow-
ing words and number "..... and transfer No. 671062....".

Resumption of Unformed Road in Block IV, Upper Waitara Survey District, Clifton County

Pursuant to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the
Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in
the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by
the Clifton County Council, pursuant to the said section 191B,
and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed
to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Rotorua County Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands

as a reserve for local purpose (site for a public hall), and
further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said
reserve in the Rotorua County Council in trust for that
purpose.

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Matamata
   County) Notice No. 2, 1978.

2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby
   declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas
   pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

3. The notice under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962
   and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, dated the
   11th day of November 1963†, which relates to roads situated
   within Matamata County at Hinuera, is hereby revoked.

No. 29 State Highway (Tauranga-Piarere): from a point
90 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along the said
State Highway from Hinuera Road to a point 700 metres
