Co-opted Members—
Under section 61 the Tribunal is required to co-opt two persons whose qualifications or experience are likely in the opinion of the Tribunal to be of assistance to the Tribunal in dealing with a complaint. The Tribunal co-opted Mr S. H. Gardiner and Mr G. C. Ell who took part in the hearing and in the deliberations of the Tribunal. However the decision, in accordance with the Act, is that of the permanent members.
