Declaration that Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the East Coast Bays City Council on the 7th day of December 1977:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the East Coast Bays City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said City in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.”
