Appointment of Examiner under the Shipping and Seamen Act 1952
PURSUANT to a delegation from the Minister of Transport
under the Ministry of Transport Act 1968,
David Hilary Davies
is hereby appointed to be examiner of applicants in the sight
tests and an examiner for the purpose of granting certificates
of competency as boatmaster in terms of sections 20 and 21
of the Shipping and Seamen Act 1952, with effect from the date
hereof.
