CORRIGENDUM

THE notice headed “Surrender of Plant Selectors’ Rights (Notice No. 2000, Ag. PV 3/2/29)” published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 77, Thursday, 7 September 1978, on p. 2493 is hereby amended by revoking the first sentence of the first paragraph, and replacing it with the following sentence:

PURSUANT to section 20 (5) of the Plant Varieties Act 1973, notice is hereby given that an application for the surrender of a grant of plant selectors’ rights, as specified in the Schedule hereto, has been received by the Registrar of Plant Varieties.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Waipa County Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of September 1978.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience or enjoyment of a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of September 1978.
