Number and Description of Draft

DZ 1900.3/A7 Draft amendment No. 7 to NZS 1900 Model building bylaw: Chapter 3:1964 General requirements.

This draft amendment to Part 3 of the Model building bylaw is included with DZ 3204, as it will alter safety precautions for roofs to be covered with asbestos cement sheets. For comment with—

DZ 3204 Asbestos cement sheets.

This draft is a revision of NZS 282:1962 and contains sections on corrugated sheets for roofing and cladding; recommended methods for fixing corrugated sheets; and asbestos cement flat sheets.

All persons who may be affected by this amendment and who desire to comment thereon, may obtain copies from the Standards Association of New Zealand, World Trade Center, 15-23 Sturdee Street (or Private Bag), Wellington.

The closing date for the receipt of comment is 3 November 1978.

The Standards Act 1965—Draft New Zealand Standard Specification Available for Comment

PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the following draft New Zealand standard specification is being circulated.

Number and Title of Specification

DZ 7121 Hospital beds.

This is a metricated revision of NZS 7121:1971 Hospital beds for general purposes, and includes beds both with and without height adjustment.

Interchangeability of accessories has been seen as being of major importance during the committee’s work, and the revision of NZS 7122:1971 Accessories for use with general purpose beds, will begin shortly.

All persons who may be affected by this publication and who desire to comment thereon, may obtain copies from the Standards Association of New Zealand, World Trade Center, 15-23 Sturdee Street (or Private Bag), Wellington.

The closing date for the receipt of comment is 27 October 1978.
