Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve and Vesting in the Manaia Town Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for cemetery purposes to a reserve for local purpose (Pound Site), and further, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Citizens of the Town District of Manaia, in trust, for that purpose.
