Declaring Land Taken for Maori Housing Purposes in the City of Wanganui

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the grant of stormwater rights created by transfer No. 150493.1 and the fencing covenant contained in transfer No. 214143.1, for Maori housing purposes, from and after the 14th day of September 1978.
