Declaring Land Taken for Police Purposes (Residence) in the Borough of Taihape

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares, that a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for police purposes (residence), from and after the 14th day of September 1978.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Feilding

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration, dated the 18th day of April 1978, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 39, 11 May 1978, p. 1358, declaring land taken for State housing purposes in the Borough of Feilding, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.
