Declaring Land Taken, Subject to a Sewage Easement in Gross Over Part, for Maori Housing Purposes in the City of Napier

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the sewage easement in gross created by transfer 347040.4, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken, for Maori housing purposes, from and after the 14th day of September 1978.
