The District Land Registrar is hereby authorised to make such entries in his Register as are necessary to give effect to this Order.

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Defence Act 1971, His Excellency the Governor-General has approved the following appointments, promotions, extensions, transfers, resignations, and retirements of officers of the New Zealand Army.

REGULAR FORCE

ROYAL REGIMENT OF N.Z. ARTILLERY

Lieutenant (W) Ellen Marie Barrett is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, General List, in the rank of Lieutenant, with effect from 6 August 1978.

C814386 Warrant Officer Class I John Philip Bellamy, Royal Regiment of N.Z. Artillery, is appointed to a commission in the rank of Lieutenant, with seniority from 14 July 1977 and effect from 31 July 1978.

ROYAL N.Z. ARMOURED CORPS

Lieutenant-Colonel A. L. Jones to be acting Colonel, with effect from 14 August 1978, and temp. Colonel, with effect from 19 August 1978.
