CORRIGENDUM

In the Proclamation dated the 20th day of July 1978, published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 66, 27 July 1978, p. 2105, taking land for road in Block VII, Whakatane Survey District, Opotiki County, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, omit the words “Area ha” and “Being” which appear above the area sixthly described in the Schedule, being 518 square metres, being accretion to part Allotment 282, Waiotahi Parish, coloured blue on plan, which words do not appear in the original Proclamation signed by His Excellency the Governor-General and the Minister of Works and Development.

Declaring Land in Marlborough Land District, Vested in the Wellington Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY

4047 square metres, more or less, being Section 15, Block II, Orieri Survey District. All C.T. 54/122. S.O. Plan 1196. Together with a Water Easement over part Section 22, Block II, Orieri Survey District. C.T. 55/143 created by T. 25446.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and through the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby directs the sale of land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was acquired.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land, containing 82 square metres, situated in the City of Manukau and the City of Papatoetoe, and being part Lot 366, D.P. 18037, part Lot 1, D.P. 20537, and part bed Puhinui Stream; as shown on plan S.O. 52799, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked “A”.
