PURSUANT to section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, the Standards Council, on 25 August 1978, amended the undermentioned standard specification by the incorporation of the amendment shown hereunder.

PURSUANT to section 17 of the Standards Act 1965, the Standards Council, on 25 August 1978, endorsed as suitable for use in New Zealand, the undermentioned amendments to the relevant endorsed specifications.
