CORRIGENDUM
Notice of Decision No. 30 of the Commerce Commission

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 69, 10 August 1978, p. 2233, in condition No. (iv) “such information to be attached to or continued in” should read “such information to be attached to or contained in”.

Land Taken for a Recreation Ground in the City of Waitemata

KEITH HOLYOAKE, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim, and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and shall vest in the Waitemata City Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of August 1978.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 6268 square metres, situated in the City of Waitemata, and being Lot 31, D.P. 74830. All certificate of title, No. 30C/1189.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of July 1978.

Land Taken for the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of a Road in Block II, Punakitere Survey District, Bay of Islands County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect, on and after the 24th day of August 1978.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 6 acres, situated in Block II, Punakitere Survey District, and being Punakitere 2B 3D 1 Block; as shown on plan M.O.W. 27272 (M.L. 13619), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of July 1978.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Coromandel State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976) I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Coromandel State Forest Park.
