New Zealand - Australia Free Trade Agreement

PURSUANT to Article 3 of the New Zealand - Australia Free Trade Agreement Act 1965, the product listed in the First Schedule was added to Schedule A as an amendment notified in the New Zealand Gazette of 22 September 1977, No. 99, to the addition list for the Eighth Review of Schedule A, notified in New Zealand Gazette, No. 20, of 28 February 1974.

It has been agreed to amend the description of the product listed in the First Schedule. The amended description is set out in the Second Schedule and this description will replace that in the First Schedule from 1 January 1974.

Safety of Children's Night Clothes Act 1977

(Persons authorised to issue Certificates of Compliance)

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 7 (1) of the Safety of Children's Night Clothes Act 1977, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby makes the following authorisations with respect to the issuing of certificates of compliance in terms of section 7 (2) of the said Act. This notice revokes the notice in the Gazette, dated 13 July 1978, No. 62, page 1983.
