Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 20th day of July 1978.

Appointment of Lake Taupo Reserves Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Lake Taupo Reserves Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a recreation reserve.
