Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Chartered Club—Central Otago Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Central Otago Licensing Committee, on 14 June 1978, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the chartered club premises known as the Wakatipa Club (Inc.).

To the intent that on days other than those on which chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to their members the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year's Eve and Christmas Eve)—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

(c) On New Year's Eve—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 0.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway 2, Ormond to Makaraka section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 5 of plan MOW 16739, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Gisborne, and there available for public inspection;

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 21 June 1978, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 23 November 1970*, made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration commencing at the northern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 5046 (C.T. 2D/43), and extending southwards for 800 metres across the frontage of the said Lot 2.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway 2, Katikati to Apata section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 16, of plan MOW 17140, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Tauranga, and there available for public inspection;

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 21 June 1978, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 23 June 1971*, made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for a width of 13 metres on the western side commencing at the junction of the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 4226 (C.T. 1428/47), with the road reserve and extending northwards for 50 metres.

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 21 June 1978, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 14 December 1976*, made pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for a distance of 6 metres commencing on the line of the southern boundary of part Section 202, Taratahi District (C.T. 403/130), northward along the frontage of the said land.

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 21 June 1978, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 18 August 1972*, made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for a distance of 20 metres commencing on the line of the western boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 20932 (C.T. 894/45), and extending eastwards across the frontage of the said Lot 3.

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 21 June 1978, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 22 February 1977*, made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for a width of 13 metres on the western side commencing at the function point of the southern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 5996 (C.T. 317/216), with the road reserve and extending southwards for 67 metres subject to the revoked section being redeclared upon satisfactory completion of the transaction.
