The Traffic (Waimairi County) Notice No. 5, 1978

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waimairi County) Notice No. 5, 1978.

2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be limited speed zones pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

4. The Traffic (Waimairi County) Notice No. 3, 1974, dated the 22nd day of January 1974†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to roads situated within Waimairi County at Belfast, is hereby revoked.

5. The Traffic (Waimairi County) Notice No. 6, 1974, dated the 27th day of February 1974‡, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to roads situated within Waimairi County at Kainga, is hereby revoked.

The Traffic (Waimairi and Paparua Counties) Notice No. 1, 1974, dated the 22nd day of January 1974†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to roads situated within Waimairi and Paparua Counties at Avondale, is hereby revoked.

6. The Traffic (Waimairi County and Riccarton Borough) Notice No. 2, 1974, dated the 24th day of May 1974‡, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to roads situated within Waimairi County, is hereby revoked.
