PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as a service lane the surface of the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with all that portion of airspace, the upper limit of which is defined on Survey Office plan 14305; and that the land and airspace above land described in the said Schedule shall vest in the Timaru City Council.
