Fifthly, Reserve 3804, situated in Block II, Lyndon Survey
District: area, 1,034 hectares, more or less (S.O. 677).

the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
the Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, being satisfied that the
lands described in the Schedule hereto have been vested in
the Crown, hereby declare the said lands to be Crown Land.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Puketi Survey
District, and described as follows:

Governor-General of New Zealand, being satisfied that the

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right
Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General
of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road
and shall vest in the Waipa County Council as from the date
hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclama-
tion shall take effect on and after the 6th day of July 1978.

March 1978.

THE RIGHT HON. R. D. MULDOON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and con-
sent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following
order.

ORDER

  1. (i) This order may be cited as the Waipawa Hydatids
    Control District Order 1978.

  2. The area comprising the Waipawa District, as from time
    to time constituted, is hereby declared a hydatids control
    district to be called the Waipawa Hydatids Control District.
