Declaring Land Taken for the Auckland-Kumeu Motorway in the City of Auckland

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Kumeu Motorway from and after the 2nd day of February 1978.

Land Proclaimed as Street in the City of Rotorua

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as street the land described in the Schedule hereto which land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Rotorua.

Amending a Declaration Taking Land for Road in Block X, Paeroa Survey District, Rotorua County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 12th day of July 1977, published in Gazette No. 94, 1 September 1977, at page 2390, taking land for road, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the piece of land being part Lot 1, D.P. S. 6509, containing 8739 square metres, thirdly described in the First Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule.

ALL that piece of land containing 8730 square metres, situated in Block X, Paeroa Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. S. 6509; as shown on plan S.O. 48028, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked "7A".
