Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the purposes of a parking place and shall vest in the
Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington
from and after the 2nd day of February 1978.
