Commander (acting Captain) L. J. Tempero relinquishes the acting rank of Captain with effect from 12 December 1977.

Commander I. L. S. B. Bradley to be acting Captain with effect from 12 December 1977.

Instructor Commander Brian Charles Tusion is transferred to the Reserve of Naval Officers until 7 February 1978, with effect from 30 August 1977.
