This section is hereby revoked and the following new section substituted therefor;

  2. Wool, unscoured or scoured, will be charged as follows:

Undumped or single-dumped bales .. .. Class H.
Double-dumped or dense-packed bales .. .. See section 74 J.
Bags, fadges, pockets .. .. .. .. Class C (maximum charge per
package Class H).

  1. Handling, etc.—The department may require all loading, unloading, or tallying to be
    performed by the owners. Where loading, unloading, covering or tallying is performed by
    the department, the following charges will be made:

    Loading or unloading .. .. .. .. 66c per bale.
    (including tallying where performed)
    Tallying (without handling) .. .. .. 21c per bale.
    Covering (labour charge) .. .. .. $2.85 per tarpaulin.
