A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, and section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as limited access road, the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block II, Kaitawa Survey District, Horowhenua County, described as follows:

597 Part Ngakaroro 2F; marked “D” on plan.
328 Part Ngakaroro 1A6; marked “E” on plan.
As shown on plan S.O. 31446, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington, and thereon marked as above-mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the seal of New Zealand this 16th day of May 1978.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, being satisfied that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been vested in the Crown, hereby declare the said land to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

ALL that piece of land, situated in Block IV, of the Tokaanu Survey District, and described as follows:
