THE CHARITABLE TRUSTS ACT 1957

THE SARGOOD REQUEST

Notice is hereby given that an application to the Supreme Court at Dunedin has been made by the Trustees of the Sargood Bequest for approval of a Scheme prepared pursuant to section 34 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957. The Scheme provides for an extension of the powers of the trustees in relation to the sale and leasing of land.

The application was filed on the 2nd day of May 1978, and the proposed date for hearing the application is the 2nd day of August 1978. Any person desiring to oppose the Scheme is required to give written notice of his intention to do so to the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Dunedin, to the Trustees at the address of the undersigned, and to the Attorney-General not less than 7 clear days before that date.
