PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was acquired.

PURSUANT to section 175 and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Waimea County Council to reclaim from Waimea Estuary an area of 7400 square metres, more or less, of foreshore and seabed, as shown on plan S.O. 12206 (M.D. 15900) and deposited in the Office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington.

Appointment of the Foxton Borough Council to Control and Manage a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby appoints the Foxton Borough Council to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for local purpose (museum).
