Setting Apart Land in the South Auckland Land District for the Purposes of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925

PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General gives the following notice.
NOTICE
The land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for the purposes of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land being:
Firstly, 7.4085 hectares, more or less, being part of Allotment 463B, Taupiri Parish, situated in Block XII, Rangiriri Survey District, and being more particularly delineated on S.O. Plan 49673.
Secondly, 16.500 hectares, more or less, being part of Allotment 463B, Taupiri Parish, situated in Block XII, Rangiriri Survey District, and being more particularly delineated on S.O. Plan 47896.
Thirdly, 99.500 hectares, more or less, being part of Allotment 463B, Taupiri Parish, situated in Block XII, Rangiriri Survey District, and being more particularly delineated on S.O. Plan 47896.
