Notice of Approval of Bylaws

PURSUANT to section 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby approve the Golden Bay County Council Reserves, Public Places, Wharves and Foreshores Bylaw 1977, No. 1, made by the Golden Bay County Council and adopted and confirmed at a meeting of the said Council on 9 November 1977.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1978, No. 11.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Reflectorised Materials for Use on Traffic Signs and Delineators

PURSUANT to subclause (1) of regulation 130 of the Traffic Regulations 1976*, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves, as set out in the Schedule below, the types of reflective materials to be used for reflectorised traffic signs and delineators.

The notice, dated the 1st day of March 1957†, issued pursuant to regulation 122 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to the manner of delineating or marking out Class I and Class J traffic signs, is hereby revoked.
