Declaration That Land Shall be a Walkway
PURSUANT to the New Zealand Walkways Act 1975, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be a walkway, and shall hereafter be known as the Huka Falls to Aratiatia Rapids Walk.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—HUKA FALLS TO ARATIATIA RAPIDS WALK
COMMENCING at a point marked C on survey office plan 49628 at the eastern end of the Huka Falls footbridge situated in Section 2, Block XIV, Tauta Survey District, and thence proceeding northwards through or over the said Section 2, Block XIV, Tauta Survey District, Tauhara Middle part No. 1 Block, part Tauhara North Block, part bed of Waikato River, Section 1, Block XI, Tauta Survey District and part Section 1, Block XI, Tauta Survey District, to terminate at a point marked D on the said survey office plan 49628, at the end of the public road adjacent to the southern end of the Aratiatia Dam in Block XI, Tauta Survey District, and including two short side tracks down to the banks of the Waikato River situated in Section 2, Block XIV, Tauta Survey District.

Resumption of Unformed Road in Block II, Colville Survey District, and Block II, Moehau Survey District
PURSUANT to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown by the Thames-Coromandel District Council pursuant to the said section 191B, and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Resumption of Unformed Road in Block I, Harataunga Survey District and Block II, Moehau Survey District
PURSUANT to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown by the Thames-Coromandel District Council pursuant to the said section 191B, and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Notice Restricting the Issue of Fishing Licences, Permissions or Fishing Permits in the Bay of Plenty Scallop Fisheries
(Notice No. 1959, Ag. 42/26/3/1)
PURSUANT to section 119 of the Fisheries Act 1908, as inserted by section 2 of the Fisheries Amendment Act 1977, the Minister of Fisheries hereby declares that as from the date of publication of this notice no further licences, permissions, or fishing permits shall be granted or given, under Part I of this Act, in respect of the scallop fisheries within New Zealand fisheries waters on the East Coast of the North Island between Town Point in the Bay of Plenty and thence across to Cape Rodney as defined in the Second Schedule of the Fisheries Act 1908.

PURSUANT to section 119 of the Fisheries Act 1908, as inserted by section 2 of the Fisheries Amendment Act 1977, the Minister of Fisheries hereby declares that as from the date of publication of this notice no further licences, permissions, or fishing permits shall be granted or given, under Part I of this Act, in respect of the scallop fisheries within New Zealand fisheries waters on the East Coast of the North Island between Cape Brett and North Cape as defined in the Second Schedule of the Fisheries Act 1908, as amended by the Controlled Fisheries Extension Order 1978.

PURSUANT to section 50 (2) of the Local Government Act 1974, as inserted by the Local Government Amendment Act (No. 3) 1977, the Minister of Local Government hereby gives the following notice.

This notice may be cited as the Borough of Otahuhu Boundaries Alteration Notice, 1978.

The boundaries of the Borough of Otahuhu are hereby altered by including in the area of the borough, land reclaimed from the bed of the Tamaki River and described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
All that area in the North Auckland Land District comprising 437 square metres, more or less, being Allotment 97, small farms near Otahuhu, situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, S.O. Plan 47464.
