Industries Development Commission—Notice No. 1978/4, General Textile Industry Reference, Amended Programme for Public Hearings

The Commission advised in the Schedule to its notice No. 1978/2, published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 15, of 9 March 1978, the commencement dates, order, and content of public hearings to be held in connection with the General Textile Industry Reference.
The Commission has agreed to a request by the New Zealand Manufacturers' Federation for deferment of the public hearing (sector hearing No. 5) into woven fabrics and articles (excluding apparel) because of the Federation's participation in an inquiry and public hearing being held by the Australian Industries Assistance Commission.
