PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Otamatea; and also proclaims that the road firstly described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in Charles Gunn Waalkens of Mareretu, farmer, and that the road secondly described in the said Second Schedule is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in Arthur Logan McCarroll of Mareretu, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos.
