PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Otamatea; and also proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in Ian Stephen John Tricker of Matakoe, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. A148246, A390426, and 230977, and also proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in Darcy Lloyd Sterling of Matakoe, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. A545293 and A545294; and also hereby takes the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29 and hereby declares that the land described in the said Fourth Schedule shall, when so taken, vest in the said Ian Stephen John Tricker, subject to the said memoranda of mortgage Nos.
