PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Otago Foundation Trust Board by Joseph Stephen Michael Parsons, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 433572, recorded in certificate of title, Volume 287, folio 174, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for the Dunedin-Milton motorway, from and after the 4th day of May 1978.
