A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waipa, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of April 1978.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land described as follows:

1111 Part Section 26, Tautari Settlement; marked ‘B’ on plan.

Situated in Block XV, Maungatautari Survey District.

1146 Part Section 26, Tautari Settlement; marked ‘A’ on plan.

Situated in Blocks XI and XV, Maungatautari Survey District.

As shown on plan S.O. 49058 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked as above-mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 6th day of April 1978.
