Land Taken for Road in Block XIII, Hamilton Survey District, Waipa County

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waipa, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of April 1978.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 236 square metres, situated in Block XIII, Hamilton Survey District, being part Lot 3, D.P. 24237; as shown on plan S.O. 49057, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked ‘A’.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of March 1978.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of April 1978.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 25 square metres, situated in Block XII, Takahue Survey District, and being part Allotment 202, Maungataniwha Parish; as shown on plan S.O. 50837, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland and thereon marked “F”.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of March 1978.

Declaring Land in the Wellington Land District, Vested in the Wanganui Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wanganui Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—POHANGINA COUNTY

Section 20, Block VII, Umutui Survey District: area, 1.0597 hectares (2 acres 2 roods 19 perches), more or less. Certificate of Title E2/188. (S.O. 14611).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of April 1978.
