Declaring Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Patea

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, from and after the 19th day of January 1978.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for Waterworks in the City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 14th day of July 1975, published in Gazette, No. 65, 7 August 1975, at page 1727, declaring land taken for Waterworks in the City of Manukau, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928 by deleting therefrom the words "Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Manukau" and substituting the words "Auckland Regional Authority".
