CORRIGENDUM

The Traffic (Waitemata City-Lincoln/Te Atatu Wards) Notice No. 2 1977

IN the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 114, 10 November 1977, p. 2936, amend paragraph 2 to read “All roads in the Lincoln and Te Atatu Wards in Waitemata City, other than those specified in the First Schedule hereto, are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by Section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.”

Under First Schedule, line 5, read “16”.

Under First Schedule, situated within Waitemata City at Whenuapai, line 1, read “Brighams”.

IN the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 114, 10 November 1977, p. 2934, amend paragraph 2 to read “All roads in the Waitakere and Titirangi Wards in Waitemata City, other than those specified in the First Schedule hereto, are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by Section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.”

Under First Schedule, line 20, read “Sturges”.

CORRIGENDUM

IN the Proclamation dated the 3rd day of November 1977, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 121, of 1 December 1977, at page 3139, taking land for street in the City of Napier pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, for the description of the area of land secondly described in the Schedule read:

Land Taken for Road in Block XLI, Clutha Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of January 1978.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 772 square metres, being part Section 55R, Block XLI, Clutha Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 18393, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin, and thereon marked ‘B’.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in roadways laid out by the Maori Land Court by orders dated the 27th day of August 1965, the 20th day of April 1971, and the 20th day of October 1971, to be road, and to be vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Bay of Islands.
