Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Northland Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Northland Licensing Committee on 17 March 1978 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Kaihu Tavern, at Kaihu, Dargaville.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve) opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year's Eve), and Christmas Eve the hour of opening shall be 11 o'clock in the morning and the hour of closing 11 o'clock in the evening.

(c) On New Year's Eve the hour of opening shall be 11 o'clock in the morning and the hour of closing midnight.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Northland Licensing Committee on 17 March 1978 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the chartered club premises known as the Kamo Club Incorporated, Kamo.

To the intent that on days other than those on which chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to their members the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve) opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year's Eve), and Christmas Eve opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

(c) On New Year's Eve opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 0.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Bay of Plenty Licensing Committee on 20 March 1978 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the chartered club premises known as the Taupo Club Incorporated, Taupo.

To the intent that on days other than those on which chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to their members the hours for the opening and closing of the said club shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday and Saturday (not being New Year's Eve) opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

(c) On New Year's Eve opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday the hour of opening shall be 11 o'clock in the morning and the hour of closing 10 o'clock in the evening.

(b) On Every Saturday the hour of opening shall be 10 o'clock in the morning and the hour of closing 10 o'clock in the evening.

(b) On every Friday and Saturday (not being New Year's Eve) opening at 10 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

(c) On every New Year's Eve opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

(a) On every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve) the hour of opening shall be 11 o'clock in the morning and the hour of closing 10 o'clock in the evening.

(b) On every Friday and Christmas Eve (Christmas Eve not being a Saturday) the hour of opening shall be 11 o'clock in the morning and the hour of closing 11 o'clock in the evening.

(c) On every Saturday (including Christmas Eve but not including New Year's Eve) the hour of opening shall be 10 o'clock in the morning and the hour of closing 10 o'clock in the evening.

(d) On every New Year's Eve the hour of opening shall be at 11 o'clock in the morning and the hour of closing 0.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.
