Exemption From the Compulsory Stopping of Certain Vehicles at Specified Railway Crossings
PURSUANT to sub-section (3) of section 64 of the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby declares that nothing in subsection (1) of the said section 64 shall apply with respect to the railway level crossings described in the Schedule hereto.

The railway level crossings on No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) leading to the Ocean Beach Freezing Works siding and Southland Phosphate Co. Limited siding.

Declaring Land Held for Health Purposes to be Vested in the North Canterbury Hospital Board
PURSUANT to section 68 of the Hospitals Act 1957, the Minister of Health hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in the North Canterbury Hospital Board in fee simple for hospital purposes.

Standard for the Manufacture and Sale of Condoms
Notice is hereby given that the Minister of Health, pursuant to section 6 (1) of the Contraception, Sterilisation, and Abortion Act 1977, has approved the following specification as a standard for the purposes of that section of the Act:
British Standard 3704 (September 1972) with Amendment 1766 (June 1975).
This approval shall take effect on and after the first day of October 1978.
