CORRIGENDUM

IN Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1978, No. 1, published in New Zealand Gazette, 9 March 1978, No. 15, p. 479, for the words “part Lot 1, D.P. 4910, being part Section 119, Hua District” as stated as part of the legal description for the first parcel of land in the Schedule, read “part Lot 1, D.P. 4910, being part Section 19, Hua District”.

IN the notice dated the 16th day of March 1978 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 20, 22 March 1978, p. 664, giving notice of the order authorising variations for the sale of liquor to the public for the chartered club known as the New Zealand Steel Staff and Waiuku Community Sports Social and Welfare Club Auckland.

Redefining the Boundaries of the North Canterbury Electric Power District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby re-define the boundaries of the North Canterbury Electric Power District as set out in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area, in the Canterbury, Marlborough, and Nelson Land Districts bounded by a line commencing at the middle of the mouth of the Waimakariri River, Block IV, Christchurch Survey District, and proceeding north-westerly generally up the middle of that river to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Rural Section 14216; thence south-easterly to and along that boundary, the north-eastern boundary of Rural Section 17167, and the production of the last mentioned boundary to the left (western) bank of the Styx River; thence southerly, generally, along that bank to a point in line with the northernmost corner of part Lot 3, D.P. 9363, comprised in C.T. 12F/259; thence westerly to and along the northern boundary of that part lot, and the generally northern boundary of Reserve 1835, to the eastern boundary of Part Rural Section
