Appointment of Judge of the Arbitration Court
His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to sign a Commission, made pursuant to section 37 of the Industrial Relations Act 1973 (as substituted by section 3 of the Industrial Relations Amendment Act 1977), and taking effect on 17 April 1978, appointing Jack Raymond Poppleton Horn of Wellington, Stipendiary Magistrate, to be a Judge of the Arbitration Court, and directing that he have seniority over Noel Patrick Williamson who is this day being appointed a Judge of the Arbitration Court.

PURSUANT to section 7 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby appoint

as deputy harbourmaster for Tarakohe Harbour, and hereby empower such harbourmaster to enforce the provisions of the General Harbour (Nautical and Miscellaneous) Regulations 1968, and the General Harbour (Ship, Cargo, and Dock Safety) Regulations 1968.
