PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares, that a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held for Her Majesty the Queen, by Keith Gordon McClenaghan, under and by memorandum of lease No. 467671, recorded in certificate of title, No. 6C/1043, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway, from and after the 30th day of March 1978.
