Land Proclaimed as Road in Block III, Tauhara Survey District, Taupo County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Taupo.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 371 square metres, being part Section 10, Block III, Tauhara Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 49353 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked “A”.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Block VI, Kaihu Survey District, Hobson County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hobson; and also hereby proclaims that the road firstly described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in Ivan Lewis Lumby, of Mamaranui, farmer, and Ann Doreen Lumby, his wife, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 513767.6, 513767.8, 641581.1, 641581.2 and Statutory Land Charge No. 513767.7 and that the road secondly and thirdly described in the said Second Schedule is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in August Pusilo Talijanich, of Dargaville, farmer; and also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and hereby declares that the land firstly described in the said Third Schedule shall, when so taken, vest in the said Ivan Lewis Lumby and Ann Doreen Lumby, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 513767.6, 513767.8, 641581.1, 641581.2, and Statutory Land Charge No. 513767.7, and that the land secondly described in the said Third Schedule shall, when so taken, vest in the said August Pusilo Talijanich.
