Appointing the Chairman and Member of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Council

KEITH HOLYOAKE, Governor-General

PURSUANT to section 3 (2) (e) and section 4 (1) of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint

Malcolm James Conway, retired, of Wellington

to be a member of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Council from and including the 3rd day of June 1978 until the 31st day of March 1983; and I also hereby appoint the said Malcolm James Conway to be chairman of the said council.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 3rd day of March 1978.

to be a member of the Water Resources Council from and including the 3rd day of June 1978 until the 31st day of March 1981; and I also hereby appoint the said Malcolm James Conway to be chairman of the said council.
