Amending a Notice Setting Crown Land Apart for a Limited Access Road in Waipara County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 15th day of July 1977, published in Gazette, No. 95, 8 September 1977, at p. 2446, setting Crown land apart for a limited access road in the County of Waipara by omitting the Crown land secondly described in the Schedule and substituting the following:

Road Closed in Buller County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the land described in the Schedule hereto and declares that the closed road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, Land Resumed and Vested and Land Taken in Block XII, Maungatautari Survey District, Matamata County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Matamata; also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest, as to the areas of 3 roods 10.8 perches and 1 acre 35.4 perches firstly and thirdly described in the said Second Schedule, in John Edmund Bennett, of Putaruru, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage S. 523119, and Statutory Land Charge H. 056158, South Auckland Land Registry, and hereby declares that the area of 1 road and 5.1 perches secondly described in the said Second Schedule shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948; also hereby resumes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and declares that the said land shall, when so resumed, vest in the said John Edmund Bennett, subject to memorandum of mortgage S. 523119 and Statutory Land Charge H. 056158, South Auckland Land Registry; and also hereby takes the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.

Declaring Land Taken for Street in the City of Auckland

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland, from and after the 22nd day of March 1978.

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 20th day of June 1977, published in the Gazette, No. 84, 11 August 1977, at page 2197, declaring land taken for road in Block II, Waoku Survey District, Hokianga County, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the Schedule, and substituting the following Schedule.
