Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block VIII, Motatau Survey District, Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Bay of Islands and also proclaims that the road firstly and secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in George Hubert Poole, of Maromaku, farmer, and that the road thirdly, fourthly, and fifthly described in the said Second Schedule is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, be incorporated in Crown Lease R.L. No. 701, recorded in register book, Volume 84, folio 237, North Auckland Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by the said George Hubert Poole.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for road, from and after the 22nd day of March 1978.
