CORRIGENDUM
Industrial Relations Act 1973—Proposed Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union
In the notice under the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 13, of 2 March 1978, p. 426, for "the Auckland and Canterbury Restaurant, Milk Bar, Catering and Related Trades Industrial Union of Employers" read "the Auckland and Canterbury Restaurant, Milk Bar, Catering and Related Trades Industrial Union of Employers," which words appeared in the original notice signed by the Registrar of Industrial Unions.
Declaring Land in the South Auckland Land District, Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

Part Kauaeranga E12 Block, situated in Block IV, Thames Survey District: area, 3963 square metres, more or less. Shown marked E on S.O. Plan 48597.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for street purposes.
