    suitably moored to mark the lake end of each side of the
    access lane.

Revoking the Licence Authorising the Te Aroha-Thames Valley Co-Operative Dairy Co. Ltd. To Occupy a Site for Pipeline on the Ohinemuri River, Thames

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, I Owen John Conway,
of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated
by the Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that the
licence of 20 September 1977* authorising the Te Aroha-
Thames Valley Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd. to use and occupy
a part of the bed of the Ohinemuri River as a site for a
pipeline is hereby revoked.

Assigning the Licence Authorising J. B. Asher and R. B. L. Wickham to Occupy a Site for a Water Intake Pipeline at Motuoupa, Lake Taupo

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway,
of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated
by the Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that the
licence of 10 November 1977* authorising J. B. Asher and
R. B. L. Wickham to use and occupy a part of the bed of
Lake Taupo as a site for a water intake pipeline, is hereby assigned to the Taupo County Council.

The Motor Launch (Taieri and Waipori Rivers) Notice 1978

PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962*, I, Owen
John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of
powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby give
the following notice:

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Motor Launch
    (Taieri and Waipori Rivers) Notice 1978.

(b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its
publication in the Gazette, and shall remain in force
until revoked by further notice in the Gazette.

  1. Subject to the conditions set forth in the Second Schedule
    hereto, regulations 11 and 12 of the Motor Launch Regula-
    tions 1962 shall not apply with respect to the area described
    in the First Schedule hereto.

  2. Notice is hereby given that the Motor Launch (Taieri
    and Waipori Rivers) Notice 1977** is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL that area of water in the Taieri and Waipori Rivers
commencing at a point 200 metres upstream of Taieri Mouth
Bridge and extending to the Waipori River Bridge, excepting:

(a) The Taieri River northwards of its confluence with
the Waipori River.

(b) Within 28 metres of each bank of the river between
the Taieri Ferry Bridge and the Waipori River Bridge.


SECOND SCHEDULE

  1. At the following places there shall be placed notice
    boards:

(a) On both banks of the river at the launching ramp
at Taieri Mouth.

(b) On both banks of the river at the Waipori River
Bridge.

  1. The aforesaid notice boards, which shall measure not
    less than 800 millimetres by 600 millimetres shall be painted
    bright orange with black lettering in the following form.

NOTICE

MOTOR LAUNCH REGULATIONS 1962

Between 200 metres upstream of Taieri
Mouth Bridge and the Waipori River
Bridge, Motor Launches and water skiers
may travel at speeds greater than 5 m.p.h.,
but must keep at least 28 metres from the
shore between the Waipori River Bridge and
the Taieri River Bridge.

The Milk Delivery Allowances Notice 1976, Amendment No. 3

PURSUANT to the Milk Act 1967, the Milk Prices Authority
hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. (i) This notice may be cited as the Milk Delivery
    Allowances Notice 1976, Amendment No. 3.

(ii) This notice shall come into force with effect from the
1st day of December 1977.

(iii) This notice is given after consultation with the
Minister of Agriculture.

(iv) This notice further amends the Milk Delivery Allow-
ances Notice 1976* (hereinafter referred to as “the principal
notice”), as varied by the Milk Delivery Allowances Notice
1976, Amendment No. 1† and the Milk Delivery Allowances
Notice 1976, Amendment No. 2††.

  1. The principal notice is hereby further varied by replacing
    the Schedule thereto with the following.

SCHEDULE

STANDARD RATES OF MARGINS AND ALLOWANCES PAYABLE IN RESPECT OF THE DELIVERY OF TOWN MILK

Nature of Service Margin or Allowance at the Rate of Cents per Litre
1. Delivery to shop dairies for resale in any quantity 4.00
2. Delivery to commercial users or consumers in quantities of:
(a) Less than 12 litres per delivery 8.49
(b) 12 litres and over per delivery 4.00

Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
    Notice Whangarei 1978, No. 5.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
    hereby amended by omitting all reference to the lands
    described in the Second Schedule hereto.

  3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are
    hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act
