Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work (Railway Purposes) at Clyde and Not Now Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 13th day of March 1978.

Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for water supply purposes to a reserve for local purpose (council depot), subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act.

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Act 1967, declares that on and after the 15th day of February 1978, the said reserve shall be added to and form part of the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park, to be administered by the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Board.
